What we need
  • A 1-2 page document that summarizes your Organization's impact and goals for continued programming and services.
Additional details

2 separate pieces of work. One around a Summary for Social Media and another for Grant applications

What we have in place
  • We currently have a project called Living Today running, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an recent annual report which contains alot of the info, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to provide specialist palliative care to the community of North Dublin and its environs

We are about to undertake a redevelopment of one of our sites and there is a need to grow our services to meet the growing need within our Community. Strong communication around this will be key to ensure we reach the ambitious target of EUR10m set.

St. Francis Hospice provides a specialist palliative care service to people in North Dublin. This includes support for their families and friends and all healthcare professionals involved in their care.

The hospice plays a leadership role in shaping palliative care nationally, working in partnership to advance policy, education, research and service innovation.
