Project details

What we need
  • A Membership Strategy document of 2-4 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new or improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies
Additional details

My organization is looking for ways to recruit, retain, and engage our members more effectively. As well as get ideas to help us develop our membership portal to be visually pleasing and easy to navigate. Our ultimate goal is to provide resources and services to our members that are unique to our organization.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a report that shows the trends of our membership over time, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a summary of monthly recurring revenue, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,848 , allowing us to to offer more instructor lead training and workshops for our members.

We are committed to our goals to advocate, convene, equip, innovate and sustain. Therefore, this project is important to the organizations because we are a member-based organization that counts on the participation of members' contributions and funders to be able to remain relevant in the industry and be more competitive for grant opportunities.

Testimonials

(No testimonial has been submitted by Rayna)
I enjoyed working with Rayna Whitted of Coalition for Nonprofit Housing & Economic Development. She was very clear as to what her organization needed and wanted to accomplish. We both understood our mutual expectations to accomplish the project. She was also very responsive and knowledgeable of membership. It's easy to work with her and communications were clear.
