Project details

What we need
  • A clear job description for an open position
  • A list of interview questions pertaining to the position
  • An interview rubric
  • Recommendations on qualified candidates that the organization should contact and recruitment platforms to use
  • Note: This project does not include salary/benefit recommendations or offer letter construction.
Additional details

We are creating a newer position without our outpatient mental health clinic - Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) who will provide medication management services to patients. We need to revise the position description and recruit/interview for a new staff person amidst an incredibly competitive local market. We are a nonprofit-based clinic, and many APNPs get absorbed into behavioral health departments located in hospital settings. Looking for ideas and assistance with recruitment.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a position description and market information, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a full-time HR manager and employee posting portals (Indeed), and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,765 , allowing us to devote time and resources on more urgent operational tasks, including addressing mental health crisis.

This project will allow us to recruit and hire for a foundational position within our outpatient mental health clinic which will allow us to provide much needed services to low-income community members who face long wait times for psychiatric medication management services. Improving our ability to recruit and interview candidates will position us to make a successful hire of an employee who will both serve a critical need in the community as well as round out consultation needs in the clinic.
