What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

We are a smaller somewhat new non-profit the team has grown a lot this year and we are looking to grow more in the coming years. We currently have a very informal work environment but could use more structure, we are not looking for a super policy-heavy handbook, however, we would like to develop a few policies and use the handbook to communicate our values and vision to new staff.
What we have in place
- We currently have vision and value content, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a student handbook to use as a guide, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to spend money to hire more staff and help provide the programming our students need to be successful!
As a nonprofit looking to grow and mature we are needing to create a more structured work environment to help us manage a larger team.

Our mission
Student Startup is a non-profit that helps high school and college students launch their own "starter business" to get an internship of sorts in entrepreneurship. Our goal is to use the opportunities and challenges of owning a small business to break the cycle of perpetual adolescence and help young people become mature adults who love their neighbor through their vocation and carry an entrepreneurial mindset with them in all areas of life.
