What we need
- Design of one email marketing template based on the Organization's visual branding guidelines
Additional details
Our Coalition has a monthly newsletter that we send out to subscribers through Constant Contact. We need assistance creating a new template newsletter with our branding fonts, and colors to correspond with our new website. We would also like recommendations for subscriber engagement (increasing open, click rates, engaging subject lines, etc.).
What we have in place
- We currently have our new branding colors/fonts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have past newsletter examples, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,608 , allowing us to have more staff time dedicated to expanding the work the coalition does to help address mental health and substance misuse needs in our community.
This project will help us roll out our new branding for our Coalition. The website and corresponding newsletter will help increase brand awareness and increase community knowledge about the work the coalition does, and the services our organizations provide.

Our mission
The Community Mental Health and Wellness Coalition's mission is collaborating to promote behavioral health and wellness through planning, advocacy, and access to effective services. We serve the Central Virginia communities of Charlottesville, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, and Nelson Counties.
