What we need
- A well written, meaningful thank you letter (no more than 1,000 words or standard two-page letter) that effectively communicates how the donation has helped the Organization
Additional details
The agency needs a well crafted thank you letter that address donations made. In addition, we are seeking to develop a tax write off letter/receipt to provide to donors.
What we have in place
- We currently have a list of all donors, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a description of donations, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to purchase needed equipment, and assist with hiring skilled professionals, part-time for specific projects.
It allows our donors to see how their generosity benefits the agency, and why their continued support is needed.
