What we need
- Easily accessible fast facts about your Organization or one of your program(s)
- A consolidated list of frequently asked questions and answers
- A combination of the facts and FAQs, totaling no more than 2 pages
- Note: This project is for copy only - for graphic design support, please use the Branded Digital Assets and/or Infographic project
Additional details
We are looking to create a template for fact sheets to share information and demographics about the various areas we provide services in. This will be printed and distributed.
What we have in place
- We currently have data and an outline for the fact sheets, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have branding guidelines, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to provide substance use and mental health treatment to an adolescent that desperately needs and deserves help so they can have hope for a healthy future.
We provide services in many areas to so many people throughout our state and we need to create concise and branded fact sheets to accurately show our reach and impact.
