What we need
  • Well written copy for an email series (3-5 emails), or significant edits to an existing campaign
Additional details

Want to touch on Giving Tuesday but real focus is end of year giving. Anticipating 3 emails between late November and December 31 to finish out our 10th anniversary year We did our last physical mailing a couple of weeks ago.

What we have in place
  • We currently have last year's emails, our 10 year anniversary info, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have promos re: our art installation and memorial arch, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to keep our part-time staff going on direct programming, serving those grieving at the holidays which is the hardest part of the year.

We did really well with NTGD and we don't usually ask again for Giving Tuesday but want to make the most of our 10th anniversary activities with the end of year request

  • Volunteer Manager provides brand messaging guide and marketing strategy (if applicable)

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss goals of email marketing, target audience, and desired style and tone of writing

  • Professional shares first drafts of email copy with Volunteer Manager for feedback with respect to style, tone, clarity, and length

  • Professional incorporates feedback and submits final copy for review
