What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
We are trying to raise money to pay for a bookkeeper. We have a KIVA loan project and need to find 5-15 investors/lenders from my personal contacts before they will post our campaign. We need to raise $8000 for our production of A WALK IN THE WOODS at Trinity Episcopal Church in January and these are our immediate needs, a letter for each? 1 general ask?
What we have in place
- We currently have clear fundraising goals,, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have descriptions of programs and organization and mission, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to rent the Chapel at the Trinity Episcopal Church for our first play in two years
A professional donor letter (or three) will help us springboard into the competitive arena of 501c3 funding
