Project details

What we need
  • A compelling narrative, or set of stories
  • Persuasive copy that can be used in appeals to donors, annual reports, grant applications, and media relations
  • Popular examples: Organization's founding story, a program achievement or milestone, a look back at the past few years, organizational backgrounder, etc.
  • Note: This project is not intended to support your general content planning or marketing but there are several projects in our Marketing & Communications category which are a good fit!
Additional details

We just completed a transition planning process and would like to relaunch by releasing a 20yr report along with our new branding.

We are interested in a comprehensive past-present-future story that highlights our renewed orientation towards collaboration, accountability and equity in healthcare access and outcomes through bi-directional communication, relationship-building and power sharing with the health systems and communities with whom we partner.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a newly approved theory of change and strategic plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have 4 engaged stakeholder bodies w/diverse perspectives, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to meet objectives while maintaining a focus on transitioning our current work and staffing plan as we realign in response to our new strategic direction.

In February 2020, the RHC named a new CEO. One month later, we began the work of creating a new department to develop and advance a regional Policy and Advocacy agenda in alignment with the long-term strategic trajectory of the organization's new leader. As the RHC enters a new phase, we have an opportunity to build a culture, visual identity, and phased plan that reflects the organizational vision, mission and values under its new leadership structure.
