What we need
  • A set of success metrics for the Organization's program such as key performance indicators and secondary performance indicators
  • Guidelines on how to measure success metrics, how often to measure them, and how to present metrics to internal and external stakeholders
What we have in place
  • We currently have one-page flyers to highlight past program successes, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a strategy on how to identify and measure success and impact, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,240 , allowing us to connect with donors and grants for funding opportunities.

This project would allow us to better share our story and our mission, along with compelling data and success metrics

  • Volunteer Manager outlines any current success metrics measurement activities and strategies for the specific program
  • Professional communicates with the Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session to establish goals for the project

Milestone 1: Analysis of Activity
  • Professional conducts research and analysis to determine the best metrics to track and methods for outcomes measurement and shares the information with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback to the Professional on the metrics and measurement methods suggested
  • Professional incorporates Volunteer Manager’s feedback

Milestone 2: Final Deliverable
  • Professional identifies final success metrics and the inputs necessary to track and calculate them, and shares this information with the Volunteer Manager

1. Help Arizona students and educators learn the necessary skills and provide access to opportunities and programs to enhance their professional development

2. Identify those students with relevant talents and interests for careers in cybersecurity and help them pursue their educational and professional goals

3. Partner with existing private and public organizations and build coalitions to establish Arizona as a leader in cybersecurity
