What we need
  • A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
  • A document summarizing topics covered during training
Additional details

We have a brand new SF database that was custom built for us. I need ideas on how to train current (and future) staff (end users and IT Support) on how best to utilize what we've purchased.

What we have in place
  • We currently have 1-2 people who are new to SF that can assist, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to my original SF developers, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to provide more ways to work more efficiently and effectively within our programs department.

adoption into staff workflow is key and we need a way to streamline the adoption across all IT experience/backgrounds of our staff (those comfortable w/technology and those that are not)

Our mission

We supplement school systems and prepare students and families for success by providing reading and math tutoring, parent education, college preparation, and enrichment activities for students in South Dallas and surrounding communities. In 2019-20 we:

* tutored 985 students (69% African American, 25% Hispanic, 95% low-income) in after-school, in-school, and summer programs at 22 public schools, charter schools, and community locations, and
* 90% of our students maintained or improved their reading and/or math grade level.
