What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
The gallery needs a letter to send to possible/previous donors for the upcoming 10 year anniversary fundraiser. We hope the letter will highlight that the gallery has reopened in a new location and is continuing amazing and thoughtful exhibitions and local programming.
What we have in place
- We currently have previous examples, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have gallery data about exhibitions and artists, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to allocate those funds for a minimum of 2 exhibitions. This will also help us use in-person volunteer time to start planning an art show to be in the space for the fundraiser.
This project is extremely important because our gallery is entirely run by grants, donations, and outside funding. Without this donor letter we miss out on several thousand dollars which goes straight to local emerging artists.

Our mission
Aggregate Space Gallery (ASG) is an exhibition and performance space dedicated to the exploration and presentation of immersive works. Our mission is to provide extensive in-house resources and expertise that enable artists to promote intellectual and tangible artworks in a public platform. We showcase video and installation artworks, films, lectures and performances by innovative regional artists and thinkers whose work ignites critical dialogue.
What we do
At ASG, we believe that artists ask important questions of our society, often navigating the unknown with the tools they have on hand. Given the opportunity, artists can challenge common assumptions, bear witness, build community, and help our society reframe our path forward.
ASG programming stands out because of our drive to provide emerging and mid-career artists with opportunities to take great risks and, in so doing, engage viewers in new and dramatic ways.
