Presentation Template Creation

Project details

What we need
  • Design of a presentation template based on Organization's visual branding guidelines
  • Creation of 10-15 different slide types in Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Keynote, or another presentation software that can be customized for various needs
Additional details

Our target audiences are stakeholders, including but not limited to, student families, prospective volunteers, Trustees, faculty/staff, donors, etc. Ideally, these slide types will be able to work in Powerpoint and Google Slides.

What we have in place
  • We currently have branding info and flexibility in powerpoint and google slide, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have examples of presentations used in the past, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to help transform the lives of young women through a holistic, culturally-responsive education.

This project will help us to demonstrate a cohesive messaging and branding across all of our presentations to external stakeholders. With a higher degree of "polish", we hope to continue to deepen existing relationships and diversity our reach in the community. This will allow us to spend less precious time on designing the presentation, and more time working with content, which is more important to our mission.

  • Volunteer Manager shares brand messaging guidelines (if applicable)

Milestone 1: Preliminary Concepts
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss potential use cases for presentation so that volunteer knows the types of slides to create

Milestone 2: Template Creation
  • Professional drafts slides in desired format (e.g., Powerpoint, Google Slides, Prezi), and incorporates any feedback to create final product

Milestone 3: Final Draft & Training
  • Professional delivers final versions in desired electronic format
  • Professional provides training on how to use template to create presentations
