What we need
- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey
Additional details
We launched our pilot program with our first cohort of participants on Thursday, October 7, 2021. It runs for 6 weeks. We would like to have a survey/eval at the end. We want to create 2 evaluations that D.R.E.A.M. can distribute to our participants and their parents/guardians - 1 eval for each group
D.R.E.A.M. Financial Academy's mission is to enlighten youth ages 13-19 within San Francisco Bay Area counties, targeting low-income communities to educate them to become financially literate.
What we have in place
- We currently have I'm not sure what's needed to make it easy to get started, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Can we talk about it?, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to give stipends to participants earmarked for investment.
We want to get feedback from participants and their parents so we know if we're getting it right or need to adjust some things.

Our mission
Performing Stars transforms the lives of low income, primarily multi-cultural children throughout Marin County by using enrichment programs to build pride, character, discipline and self-esteem. Our programs help youth develop good work habits and positive social skills, enhance academic performance and professional readiness, improve critical thinking and communications skills, and gain the confidence they need to overcome the limitations imposed by poverty.
