  • Note: this project does not include the taking or editing of headshots

We need short bios for our website for 2-5 members of our team.

What we have in place
  • We have current bios of 3 C-Suite members. We need bios for 2 other members and are also open to re-writing our C-Suite's bios.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to Hire the experts needed and further our mission and keep our technology up to date.

This project is important to show funders, educators, or a potential donor who is behind the project and our personal values and how they align with our mission.

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional confirm who the Professional will be writing bios for and shares background and contact information for relevant staff
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional align on timeline, tone, and expected length of bios

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional connects with individual staff members to gather additional background information (including headshots, contact information, etc.)
  • Professional conducts multiple interviews, as needed

Milestone 2: First Draft
  • Professional synthesizes interview notes and writes first draft of bios

  • Professional shares draft of bios with relevant staff members
  • Staff members provide feedback on draft
