Project details

What we need
  • Recommendation(s) on the most appropriate webinar software, depending on Organization's needs and budget
  • Training for up to 5 staff on how to set-up and use chosen software
  • Note: Some webinar software providers may provide free or heavily discounted plans for 501(c)(3) nonprofits
Additional details

We want to create a brainstorming session in December for stakeholders about future programs and projects.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Zoom account, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a concept of the brainstorming session, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,145 , allowing us to deliver our programs effectively and efficiently for the maximum benefit to our constituents.

SEOC programs, projects and organizing relied on face-to face meetings. Since the shut down we have had limited contact with our primary stakeholders. We want to look at differing strategies to deliver our programs.

Our mission

Improve educational outcomes for children by organizing public school parents, family members, guardians, youth, and community members to advocate, take action together, and contribute to educational equity for all children in New Jersey.

What we do

We work to help families become more informed, vocal, and organized around school quality and education issues, so that the school system will serve them better. SEOC empowers parents, guardians and students to collaborate and work with school leadership for the good of all children and the community at large.
