What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)

We have two very specific images we would like created. One is a header image for our website homepage, it has a few elements involved including a predesigned template it needs to fit in. We also need a co-branded image for the top of our calendar page which combines two organizations logos and branding into a cohesive combination. Volunteers will need to be able to be creative within our very strict national brand guidelines and colors.

What we have in place
  • We currently have two branding kits, all of our logos, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have two preselected images we need and can show you on our web, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to support more entrepreneurs with scholarships, programming, and events

We are a small nonprofit that helps underresourced entrepreneurs. having a welcoming and clear events calendar image and landing page will help us create a welcoming online environment to foster community and increase the reach our programs have.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
