What we need
- Set up of Organization's account in email marketing software (possible tools include Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor)
- Imported contact list into software with guidance on list cleaning & management
Additional details
We are actually a bit ahead of in that we already have an account established with MailChimp, and we have been actively sending emails. However, we have multiple audiences within MailChimp, some of which need to be combined. I am looking for someone with expertise in MailChimp list management to assist with consolidating some of our key audiences and setting up segments and tags to more effectively target our email communications.
What we have in place
- We currently have an established MailChimp account, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the ability to easily export donor data from our CRM, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,640 , allowing us to redirect those dollars to supporting our low-income families through our programs in food, housing, financial empowerment, workforce development, and other services that help them stabilize and thrive
Over the past two years we have been building our capacity to fundraise and to effectively engage and communicate with our donors to help them feel more a part of our work. This project will help us significantly streamline our email system, making it much easier for us to get the right messages in front of the right audiences, and utlimately helping us to raise more funds!

But for those on the brink of crisis - food insecure, in danger of losing their homes, short on cash, struggling with employment - the journey is long, and the first steps are often the most difficult. Norwescap offers services to address the most pressing needs of individuals and families, as well as "upstream" strategies to help them build stability and resiliency for the future - while strengthening the communities in which they live and work.
