What we need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future
Additional details

Infinity is looking for specific social media content support for our 2021 Giving Tuesday campaign, leading us into year end giving. We will focus mainly on Instagram, but also repurpose graphics and copy for Facebook sharing.

What we have in place
  • We have all the resources needed to get this project up and running, and always have new content (photos, quotes, testimonials, videos) coming in. We also have recently updated our organizations color scheme and logo, so we are well prepared to make this campaign fit seamlessly into our overall brand and marketing strategy.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,066 , allowing us to continue investing in hands-on learning experiences for our students through classes, workshops, and lessons.

All funds raised from Giving Tuesday and year end giving campaigns support student growth and development in music and the arts at Infinity. A well strategized, planned, and executed campaign will provide even more learning opportunities for our students.

  • Volunteer Manager shares social media credentials and existing marketing materials with Professional
  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency

Milestone 1: Calendar Structure Creation
  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

Milestone 2: Content Creation
  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

(Optional) Milestone 3: Content Scheduling / Software Setup
  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
  • Professional sets up and schedules up to 4 weeks of posts in scheduling software
