Project details

What we need
  • Final designs for a predetermined type of promotional apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hats, shorts, other swag) or merchandise (mugs, pens, tote bags, etc.) provided in the high-resolution format of the Organization's choice
  • Note: Printing and vendor sourcing is not included
What we have in place
  • We currently have high resolution logos and images in electronic format, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have previous samples of apparel design, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to invest that money towards purchasing items and apparel that could be used to increase nonprofit awareness amongst students and their families.

It is important because it will allow us to market our organization at conferences and speaking events, overall nonprofit and mission awareness.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo, images, and/or slogan in electronic format and visual brand identity (if available)

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss desired design aesthetic and target audience for merchandise

Milestone 2: Design Phase
  • Professional creates initial design and sends to Volunteer Manager for up to three rounds of review and feedback

Milestone 3: Finalizing Design
  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions along with print specifications

Our mission is to help prepare the next generation of cybersecurity professionals in our state and give them the tools they will need to succeed in the evolving digital workforce.

1. Help Arizona students and educators learn the necessary skills and provide access to opportunities and programs to enhance their professional development

2. Identify those students with relevant talents and interests for careers in cybersecurity and help them pursue their educational and professional goals

3. Partner with existing private and public organizations and build coalitions to establish Arizona as a leader in cybersecurity
