Project details

What we need
  • An easily understood visual aid that communicates complex information
  • A high-resolution version of the Infographic in the Organization’s preferred format
What we have in place
  • We are seeking a volunteer that can make our annual report into a one page infographic. We will give you all the data that needs to be included. We have last years template as a reference although want to add more play and shift the colour palette. Needing final drafts in .jpeg and .pdf formats

    We prioritize genderqueer People Of Heritage (Of Colour) volunteers. Everyone is encouraged to apply.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to rest! We will be able to focus on energy on our Tis' The Season Fundraiser.

Our Annual Report information is a great tool for our grant propsal report backs, community sponsors, and other folks to get an update of our work.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the infographic, key audiences, and style preferences (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of infographics they like with the Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with data or other source of information to draw from

Milestone 1: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional develops three drafted concepts to share with the Organization
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary concept and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of Infographic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds feedback

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers the final version of the Infographic including specifications for usage (colors, size, etc.)

Our mission

Our grassroots collective care prioritizes mental health, spiritual wellness, and Ancestral wisdom to affirm the societal greatness of genderqueer People Of Culture. We practice zero-waste principles, returning to ancient traditions of land stewardship. Since 2011, with our BY US, FOR US model, we center intersectionality, blackness, differently abled, houseless, Nature and those incarcerated.

What we do

As an Afro intersex + community led initiative we bolster basic dignities, access to leadership roles and truth telling. A decade strong Liberatory Network circulating resources to cultural hubs, collective housing, community gardens and families. We sustain genuine relationships built upon trust, collaboration & witnessing the fullness of each member. We value rest and creative expression as essential parts of living. Our community spaces exist for the purpose of replenishing and rejuvenating our bodies.
