Membership Strategy
Membership Strategy
Project details
What we need
- A Membership Strategy document of 2-4 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new or improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies
Additional details
We have an ageing Foundation Membership base consisting mainly of past parents and grandparents. We are looking for help to develop a strategy to grow our membership base from within our existing parent community.
What we have in place
- We currently have a short term acquisition strategy and comprehensive database, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated resource to help you with this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,848 , allowing us to provide financial assistance to families whose income has been affected by COVID-19 and extended closure of businesses in Melbourne.
Growing our Foundation Membership by engaging current parents will enable us to create a culture of giving (a strategic KPI) and generate a sustainable revenue stream to support the school and our community. The flow-on benefits could also result in improved student retention, opportunities for Board recruitment and increased volunteerism within the parent body.

Our mission
Bialik College is a cross-communal Jewish Zionist school, embracing an inclusive approach to Judaism. We are committed to the pursuit of excellence in an enriching, innovative and nurturing environment. We are dedicated to empowering our students with the knowledge, skills, dispositions and values necessary to achieve their potential and to contribute meaningfully to the Jewish, Australian and global communities.
What we do
A consistently high-achieving school driven by community values.
We believe that no Jewish child should be denied access to a world-class Jewish education at Bialik due to financial hardship. We proudly support more than 26% of our families through our means-tested fee assistance program.
Bialik has been built upon the generosity of our donors. Our Bialik College Foundation (Foundation) is the fundraising arm of our school. We rely on our Foundation to help bring-to-life the visionary projects that will ensure Bialik continues to provide a truly world-class provision
All our students attend one campus in Melbourne, Australia, creating a close-knit community of students from as young as 3 months in the Creche through to 18 years old in Year 12.
Our Values:
Respect, Integrity, Perseverance, Empathy, Responsibility
