What we need
- Print-ready designed brochure template provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
- Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Writing project, for new marketing materials
- Accurate, print-ready specifications
- Note: This project does not include printing
Additional details
We need graphic design for a year end postcard mailer that is foldover. We will provide photo assets, logo and copywriting. We can provide previous mailers for ideas.
We will need the graphic saved as adobe illustrator or eps.
We will provide a template size.
Hoping to have ready the first week of November if time permits from our volunteer's side.
What we have in place
- We are meeting Monday 10/25 to finalize details and want to hit the ground running. Hoping you'll be willing to pickup this project so we can send previous examples and then get you what you need Tuesday 10/26.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to buy socks, shoes and underwear for needy students in our school district ages Kinder through High School.
This year end mailer goes out to all of our existing donors and potential donors who've landed in our database. It serves as a mini annual report and encourages one last year end giving push.

We provide funding to support opportunities for students, resources for teachers and strategies to promote school success.
