What we need
- Update to or creation of one new HR policy or procedure, such as any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety & Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation & Benefits policies, Work From Home Policies, etc.
Additional details
We're looking to create a new Compensation & Benefits policy to document current practices (and are open to hearing suggestions for best practices). Ideally, we'd like to have this completed by the end of the year.
What we have in place
- We currently have an updated employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our current compensation philosophy (not documented), and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,480 , allowing us to continue to focus on our mission of impacting the community.
This will help us document our current compensation and benefits philosophy and approach.
