Project details

What we need
  • Update to or creation of one new HR policy or procedure, such as any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety & Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation & Benefits policies, Work From Home Policies, etc.
Additional details

We have completed a draft of a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Advocacy Plan and we want someone with extensive DEI experience to review it. This was prepared by a diverse committee of stakeholders over the last 9 months after research, data analysis, and lots of discussion. We want it to go to our Board for approval on January 29, 2022.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a draft DEIA (A for advocacy) Plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have notes and background information, if wanted, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,480 , allowing us to do more team building, training, coaching and deliver rewards and recognition.

DEIA is one of our overarching strategic goals in our 3 year Strategic Plan (2020-2023). To have an organization that empowers success in our students and staff, we need diverse perspectives, equity access to information and opportunity and a keen sense of belonging. We also need to advocate in the community and teach our students these skills as well.
