- Implementation of Tech Systems Review or equivalent technology systems plan

We currently have Office 365, and are using OneDrive. We are a small staff of 3 people, and have come to realize that there's better ways to have set up our shared files. Currently ,it's all "personal files" and we just share with each other. Feeling like we have to constantly search for things and we just wind up re-sending links all the time.
What we have in place
- We currently have Office 365/Sharepoint/OneDrive, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have basic understanding of how these programs work, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,926 , allowing us to be more efficient, and have a better onboarding process for future employees. This helps us focus on doing our job, enabling us to create and develop programs.
It's all about efficiency, and setting into place best practices.
