What we need
- A document with detailed feedback and edits that ensures an Organization's business plan clearly defines its mission and approach, finance and operating structure, and tracks to key performance indicators
Additional details
I desire a clearly stated and well-written plan that can be used for the creation of my operating budget, to show the organization's stability, and possibly some marketing analysis.
It is my hope that the plan will also clearly state the service we provide to the communities we serve and somehow quantify the value we bring, if that is possible.
What we have in place
- We currently have prospectus/annual reports + current spending, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to all financial reporting, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to provide additional wraparound programming within the District for Student Leaders to bolster self-confidence, educational acuity, and personal presence.
This project is important to the organization because we are employing a growth strategy that requires clearly defined processes and strategies. Fixing the cracks in our foundation means we can build better programming for the youth and community we serve. It is imperative that we lead by example, every step of the way.

Our mission
The Black Parents Association of the San Mateo Union High School District is a volunteer association made up of a diverse group of parents, guardians, faculty & staff, and friends of all ethnicities who support equitable and inclusive learning environments for our students.
We are dedicated to cooperatively promoting quality education for students of African, African American, or multiracial descent while offering the best level of support and information to both students and parents. Through collaboration, participation and support, we help to enrich our students' high school journey preparing them to reach their fullest potential.
