What we need
- Updates and/or fixes to Organization’s existing website (e.g., bug fixes, plugin or widget integration, etc.)
- Training for up to 3 Organization staff members on how to resolve minor issues going forward (if applicable)
What we have in place
- We have access to the admin portal of the website. We have been trying to work to get our word press website updated from the current version as we are several versions behind. We also have several plugins that need to be updated and look at ways to increase the speed of the site.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,757 , allowing us to put more dollars toward direct service in the areas of our early childhood expense for the babies that reside at Almost Home.
Our website is our direct communication to our external donors, volunteers, and our clients that are in need of shelter, mental health services, education, parenting schools, and life skills.

What we do
Almost Home exists to end the cycle of poverty two generations at a time. This vision requires the organization to provide much more than transitional housing; while mothers live at Almost Home, they build up the skills necessary to become the confident, caring, stable providers that they wish to be. In turn, their children's futures will be forever changed.
