Presentation Creation
Presentation Creation
Project details
What we need
- A new presentation, or update to an existing presentation in Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Prezi, or another presentation software
- Best practices and tactics for structuring an effective presentation
Additional details
An animated video presentation using graphics, text and background music. Made on an online platform like Powtoon, biteable, animaker, etc.
What we have in place
- We currently have The written text, a sketch/layout of graphic ideas, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have The whole thing mocked up in PowerPoint, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to Buy PPE, buy cards and postage to mail to patients, buy memory making supplies (such as flash drives to house video messages from patients to their loved ones) and more. Every single dollar counts
This presentation will be given to the Quality and Compliance board and will demonstrate how we are effectively using funds to manage volunteers. It will also demonstrate why this is important now, when people are more virtual.

Our mission
OUR PURPOSE
We meet our patients and families where they are with urgency, purpose and compassionate accountability surrounding them with decades of dedicated hospice expertise.
OUR CULTURE
Our strength comes from working together providing more layers of support for anyone with a terminal illness who seeks and needs our care regardless of age, diagnosis or ability to pay.
OUR COMMITMENT
Every Person, Every Time.
What we do
Hospice of Michigan
With roots dating back to the 1970s, we are the most experienced provider of hospice care in Michigan. Currently serving approximately 4,700 patients annually in 46 counties, we're also the largest in our state, and among the largest recognized 501c3 non-profit advanced illness management organizations in the nation.
We provide care for all--regardless of age, diagnosis, or ability to pay. Last year, our commitment extended $4 million beyond what was reimbursed by insurance. Because we welcome those who are uninsured, or whose treatment is more expensive than what other hospices can provide, we depend on the financial support of our donors for the treatments, medications, services, grief support, and spiritual care of patients and families in need.
