Project details

What we need
  • Final designs for a predetermined type of promotional apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hats, shorts, other swag) or merchandise (mugs, pens, tote bags, etc.) provided in the high-resolution format of the Organization's choice
  • Note: Printing and vendor sourcing is not included
Additional details

We would like to increase our brand awareness and raise funds for our non-profit through merchandise sales during the holidays. We currently do not have any merchandise items for sale and would like to start with a small offering of t-shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.

What we have in place
  • We currently have logos, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have brand guidelines, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to provide program support and equipment so individuals with physical disabilities can participate in sports.

Increasing our merchandise sales will provide us with opportunity to expand our brand awareness in the community, increase pride for our athletes to wear their team colors, and serve as a revenue source.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo, images, and/or slogan in electronic format and visual brand identity (if available)

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss desired design aesthetic and target audience for merchandise

Milestone 2: Design Phase
  • Professional creates initial design and sends to Volunteer Manager for up to three rounds of review and feedback

Milestone 3: Finalizing Design
  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions along with print specifications
