What we'd like to talk about
I'd like strategic advice on developing a comp & benefits strategy that including benchmarking against other similar-size nonprofits in our area.
Additional context
We have a sense of internal salary equity goals and have been advancing on those goals, but we need good external salary and benefits benchmarks and an ongoing (annual or biennial) process for calibrating our goals with the marketplace.
