Google Workspace Set Up
Help Crossroads Community Food Network boost team productivity and enable easy collaboration by setting up Google Workspace apps for email, calendars, video conferencing, and document creation, editing, and storage.
Google Workspace Set Up
Project details
What we need
- Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
- Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
- Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
Additional details
We've set up Google Workspace and have been using it for a few years. We seek information on how to manage it more efficiently, and have concerns about storage space and privacy, among other topics.
What we have in place
- We currently have one staff point of contact, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have additional staff, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,296 , allowing us to use that money to match dollar for dollar when shoppers use their federal nutrition benefits (such as SNAP, Pandemic-EBT, and WIC) at our farmers market.
We haven't had the capacity to really dig into our data, storage, and privacy concerns; we need training to use the apps more efficiently; it currently feels like kind of a mess!
