What we need
- An Excel spreadsheet custom-built specifically for the Organization's finances
- Training on how to use the spreadsheet to understand the current financial situation and predict future states (e.g., plan for budget increases or decreases, hiring, and other key drivers)
Additional details
We are transforming an organization from a group of volunteers to a purpose driven, strategically focused health promotion charity. This involves investment and risk, and we would like to manage this responsibly so that we can remain viable and position our organization for growth. We also need to demonstrate to our stakeholders the impact of their support.
What we have in place
- We currently have clear financial reports, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a commitment to grow into a sustainable organization, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $11,794 , allowing us to provide thought leadership and tangible responses to help teenagers and their families in Israel and Australia who are struggling with Eating Disorders.
All of the best programing can only be enacted when it is financially viable. We have innovative and exciting plans in place and want to ensure that they are sustainable and will enable our organization to grow. Your input will help us mature to the next level as an organization.
