We are looking to explain our strategic advantage in our market over would be competitors and potential collaborators.

What we have in place
  • We currently have SWOT, Strategic plan, and a vision for 2040 doc, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have 20 years of history in our market, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,948 , allowing us to This would allow us to hire a contractor to work on strategy implementation.

This is important for atleast three reasons. First the work we want to do will require greater coopatition so identifying our strenghts and the strenghts of our peers will make that easier. Second, for the purposes of grant writing we need an objective view of peer organizations about our comparative strengths. Finally we need to do a deeper dive into the work of peers for strategy development.
