Our organization currently has a business plan, however we would like to have it reviewed and edited in order to optimize its purpose.
What we have in place
- We currently have a business plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an operating budget, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to create more "Comfort Backpacks" for children with cancer, in addition to developing more therapeutic engagement opportunities for the children and their families.
This project will help to communicate our mission and advance our outreach to the audiences we serve and to attract a wider range of supporters.

Our mission
Berni & Murcer-Friends for Life provides emotional support, day-to-day comfort, encouragement and inspiration to children diagnosed with cancer (and their families) through the use of therapeutic "Comfort Backpacks", stories, and on-line services, which allows the child to be transformed away from the trauma of the diagnosis & treatment and to a state of mind of strength, hope, and courage. With thoughtful comfort and creativity, children are enabled to maintain their identity and give themselves every chance of a healthy outcome.
