  • Recommendation(s) on the most appropriate webinar software, depending on Organization's needs and budget
  • Training for up to 5 staff on how to set-up and use chosen software
  • Note: Some webinar software providers may provide free or heavily discounted plans for 501(c)(3) nonprofits

WE would like to integrate Zoom in to Vanco ASAP (https://app.asapconnected.com/). Vanco ASAP is a educational management software that we are using for our online classes. WE would like to integrate zoom in to the software to add the links to the separate classes.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Zoom Account and ASAP Account, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Microsoft Team, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,145 , allowing us to add more students in to our ESL classes
