We are a medical clinic. I want to know how many more patients we can add to our patient panel with current staff. I have spreadsheets for open appts, how many appts each pt schedules in one year, and how many we currently see. I have access to more data just not sure what info is needed to come up with what our volume of patients should be maxed out at.
What we have in place
- We currently have data gathered, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have EMR and access to more data, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,154 , allowing us to use that money to bring treatment and care to uninsured, low income residents.
Before we go marketing for new patients, I need to know my goal. Is it 50 new pts this year or 100? I can't figure out the formula to how many patients can we add without stressing staff or hiring more staff.

Kids Club partners with local schools, volunteers and families to affirm God-given value and multiply possibilities together. Kids Club creates a fun, engaging environment where kids thrive through positive relationships with caring adults. Kids grow academically, expand life skills and develop Godly character.
Volunteers in Medicine works together with patients, volunteers and community partners to affirm God-given value and multiply possibilities. Staff and volunteers provide quality medical and dental care at no cost to local uninsured patients. Together we are greater than disease, diagnosis, and circumstance.
