What we need
  • 1-2 page press release that can be distributed to news outlets

We have a major virtual event (expecting 300-500 viewers) scheduled for November 9th 2021. We would like help writing an engaging and impressive Press Release and also get recommendations for the most suitable print and news media to help us get the word out, e.g. various TV community pages, newspapers, and other online broadcasting sources. Would like to get help ASAP please.

What we have in place
  • We currently have social media accts for Instagram, FB and Twitter & website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Email marketing via Mailchimp and Eventbrite, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $844 , allowing us to rre-purpose funds towards graphic arts and marketing materials.

One of our major annual fundraising events and serves as program awareness building tool as well.

  • Volunteer Manager shares existing marketing materials, mission statement, and program descriptions for Professional to incorporate into press release

  • Professional writes draft of press release and shares with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager gives feedback, which Professional incorporates
  • Professional delivers final version of press release
  • (Optional) Volunteer Manager incorporates Press Release into Press Kit

We work toward a peaceful future by uniting children of diverse backgrounds, providing them with essential community building skills, and empowering them to become peacemakers.

What we do

The Mosaic Project teaches people, from elementary-school students to adults in the workplace, the skills they need to build the peaceful communities they envision. Since 2000, we have provided more than 39,000 students and 9,000 adults with immersive, experiential-education programs in diversity, empathy, and conflict resolution.
