Project details

What we need
  • Designs for a physical event collateral such as step-and-repeats, banners, tablecloths
  • Designs in appropriate formats for ordering with accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Recommendations on a vendor to create item
  • Note: This project does not include printing or ordering
Additional details

Preferred final formats of designs would be .eps, .ai(or psd, etc), and pdf. We are looking for branded marketing materials such as stand up retractable banners and tablecloths. The banners are the primary need as we have an event coming up. They would present the brand with some imaging.

What we have in place
  • We currently have brand guidelines and photographs, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have connections with local printers and businesses., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to allocate funding to other areas of programatic need.

This project is important to us because we want to have a stunning brand presence at our events which we don't currently have.

Prep: Information Sharing
  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with a budget for materials, finalized copy, high-resolution logo, and any visual branding guidelines to be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager also provides details and example images for desired deliverables (if applicable), examples of existing marketing materials and links to online presence (website and social media)
  • Volunteer Manager shares event branding guidelines (if applicable)

Milestone 1: Graphic Creation
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss how print materials will be utilized, target audience, and style preferences
  • Professional develops preliminary sketches, and garners feedback from Volunteer Manager & makes adjustments as necessary

Milestone 2: Final Draft
  • Professional delivers the final versions in the desired electronic format
  • Professional provides guidance on printing specifications (colors, size, etc.)
  • Professional recommends vendor(s) for ordering physical items
