Additional details
Step Up launching an online mentoring platform and is seeking a FTE to manage it. This is a new role for our organization and we would appreciate support in refining the position description and the best sourcing process for such a role.
What we have in place
- We currently have a draft position description, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have resources to publish the posting, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $815 , allowing us to meet key organizational deliverables in a timely manner.
As part of our strategic plan and priorities for 2022 is the launch of our new online virtual mentoring platform. We believe this will help Step Up to expand its reach and ability to engage more mentors with teens and young adults. By adding the staff capacity to dedicate to the platform we will be better positioned for success.
