What we need
- Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
- Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
- Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
Additional details
We need to enhance our use of Google Workspace as we scale our organization. We are a for profit LLC and are individually using Google to communicate and store files. As our company grows we need to efficiently and expertly manage a variety of types of files and communications.
What we have in place
- We have Google G-Suite through our CEO and are looking scale our usability of the tools for the staff which is growing rapidly. There is a dedicated consultant who will be working on this project with Catch A Fire.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,296 , allowing us to more efficiently create content which means more engaging content for kids and families. We also want our team to feel good about what they are doing and that often means making it easier.
In 2017 we launched what turned out to be the #1 podcast for kids, Wow in the World. Since then we have created a media movement that is inspiring hundreds of thousands of families to keep their "Eyes Up. Screens Down. Jaws Dropped."
We have built a beloved brand with a very small team wearing many hats. We would love your expertise to help us more fully develop the tools needed to stay connected and organized with our team which is located across the US.
