Testimonials
Hands down, Jessica was an amazing management coach. Every session, she created space for me to talk through challenges and identify actionable things to do to improve my management skillset, communication style, and/or way of thinking. As an external processor, I really valued the dialogue and her input on the scenarios that were presented. While she may be "new" to coaching on Catchafire, she clearly had relevant experience and education to draw from to help her coach. I look forward to staying connected with her in the future and would recommend Jessica to anyone looking to go from an individual contributor to a new manager.
It was a pleasure supporting Jamie and this organization. She was open to the process, goal-oriented, and is so passionate about her organization and team she supports.
