What we need
  • Document outlining Organization’s or a specific program’s strengths and weaknesses as well as potential opportunities and threats
Additional details

We are preparing to expand our after school program city wide and regionally. We want to sit down as a leadership team to discuss how we could go about doing that to develop a step by step process and alternative approaches if things dont go as planned.

What we have in place
  • We currently have strategic plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have leadership team, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,972 , allowing us to Hire a site manager.

We know hte impact of our program and want to make it available ot more students in our city and region.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with information regarding current operations (financial, programmatic, physical and human resources), Organization-wide or program goals and mission, and market analysis
  • Professional facilitates meeting with Organization’s leadership to discuss goals for the SWOT analysis
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager outline next steps and timeline for the project (including individual meetings between Professional and members of Organization such as functional heads, board members, etc.)

  • Professional analyzes the information shared by the Organization
  • Professional researches any additional information about external competitive landscape based on the market analysis
  • Professional conducts interviews with different Organization stakeholders for their perspectives on strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and threats
