What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
We need a sharp, concise and appealing donor letter for our year-end solicitation. We, like many nonprofits appeal to a LYBUNT (Gave last year but unfortunately not this) and SYBUNT (some years but unfortunately not this) audience each year. The year-end solicitation is a major fundraising effort for our organization.
What we have in place
- We currently have annual metrics and data, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have past letter examples, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to focus resources on our annual giving day.
This project is the key to our year-end fundraising efforts.

Our mission
The Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation's mission is to assist community members in their philanthropic endeavors to help others thus enriching the quality of life in our community. CRCF has been the region's supportive, responsive and trusted Community Foundation for more than 25 years. Established in 1994, the Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation is a public 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that is growing good by connecting donors to the causes they care about most in our region. Grants from the foundation's 180+ funds support many areas including education, scholarships, health care, the arts, community development, human service and youth development.
