What we need
  • Designs for a physical event collateral such as step-and-repeats, banners, tablecloths
  • Designs in appropriate formats for ordering with accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Recommendations on a vendor to create item
  • Note: This project does not include printing or ordering

We are interested in event banners and flyers.

What we have in place
  • We currently have our logo and all event details, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the event organizer available, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,550 , allowing us to retain funding for any military or first responders in financial need. We could contribute financially to their medical and mental healthcare bills.

This event is our organization's first big event. We want to make a good impression with other organizations, with your local heroes and with our community in general. We are using this event to not only educate our military and first responders, but to raise funds for our various programs.

Prep: Information Sharing
  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with a budget for materials, finalized copy, high-resolution logo, and any visual branding guidelines to be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager also provides details and example images for desired deliverables (if applicable), examples of existing marketing materials and links to online presence (website and social media)
  • Volunteer Manager shares event branding guidelines (if applicable)

Milestone 1: Graphic Creation
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss how print materials will be utilized, target audience, and style preferences
  • Professional develops preliminary sketches, and garners feedback from Volunteer Manager & makes adjustments as necessary

Milestone 2: Final Draft
  • Professional delivers the final versions in the desired electronic format
  • Professional provides guidance on printing specifications (colors, size, etc.)
  • Professional recommends vendor(s) for ordering physical items

Our mission is to provide information, resources, and funding to uniformed personnel located in Arizona.

What we do

Our goal is to educate our community about the available resources for Veterans, First Responders/EMS, Law Enforcement Officers, Dispatchers, Correctional Officers, Border Patrol Agents, Nurses, and their families.

We assist with finding resources for mental health, service dog, housing and financial aid. We vet the organizations we work with to ensure that you are getting the best care and attention available.
