Project Details

What We Need
  • A list of suggested vendors, such as: catering, venue, audio/visual (AV), decorations, merchandising
  • Spreadsheet outlining expected costs per vendor
Additional Details

We are launching our nonprofit with a Kickoff event on Giving Tuesday, November 30th. I am looking for help selecting vendors, I will also be searching for vendors for our center opening in the Bronx (but that will be another project down the line)

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a venue, date & general idea of costs but the vendors matter, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a desire to keep our vendors local when possible, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to Get 1 full classroom furnature.

We would like help sourcing vendors for our Fundraising Kickoff Event. Which vendors we choose matter as it is part of our mission statement to keep our vendors local in order to help enrich the community in which we serve.

Project Plan
