Project details

What we need
  • A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
  • A document summarizing topics covered during training
Additional details

Seeking knowledge about Salesforces (SF) ability to streamline our organization's data entry tasks. Learn how to view our network in a holistic way. Staff learn ways to modify fields without SF administrator support. Support with outside platforms and their integrations into SF.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Salesforce, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some understanding about the Salesforce platform, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to focus our efforts on building our placement program.

We currently use Salesforce and staff have some ideas about how to use the platform. However, support from a Catchafire volunteer would enable us to ask more questions and get detailed responses about improving our usage as an organization.
