Project Details

What We Need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future
Additional Details

We just started an Instagram page and need advice and content on what and when to post for the next few months. We are doing some digital advertising that is meant to draw followers and we need some help with the best content to use for our needs.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have an instagram account, materials, photos, etc., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an open mind, no deadline, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to subsidize memberships for low income seniors who desperately need the help we provide with transportation and socialization. Our budget is small and better spent supporting those who need us.

We are looking to broaden awareness of our non-profit to a new audience in a cost-effective manner as we have a very small advertising budget. Storytelling is a great tool to entice volunteers and donors and Instagram would be a great platform for us but we would like to do it right!

  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

(Optional) Milestone 3: Content Scheduling / Software Setup
  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
  • Professional sets up and schedules up to 4 weeks of posts in scheduling software
