What we need
  • A high-resolution digital version of an illustration that can be used across multiple channels (web, print, and/or merchandising)
Additional details

BTSP is in the process of expanding our mentoring center, complete with training facilities and a wellness center. Developing a visual rendering of the completed project will be critical as we embark on a capital fundraising campaign later this year.

What we have in place
  • We currently have floor plans, and wrestling room designs, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff dedicated to support this initiative, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to reach our fundraising goal faster.

Providing a safe haven for our youth has proven to be a vital part of our holistic development strategy. Leveraging the sport of wrestling to teach life lessons and commitment to academics is the cornerstone of that effort. For the first time in our existence we have an opportunity to offer 100% of our programing under one roof. In order to make this initiative possible, we will need to inspire our donors to give at significant levels. Having visual renderings of a completed space is necessary.

  • Volunteer Manager sends Professional existing branding or marketing materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with relevant background information on the Organization, mission, and core values

Milestone 1: Brainstorm
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals, target audience, and how the illustration will be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional align expectations for the initial drawings and agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional drafts and presents three concepts for the Organization’s illustration
  • Volunteer Manager chooses a favorite concept and provides up to two rounds of feedback, which the Professional uses to refine the Illustration

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers a final version of the Illustration in digital form

BTSP implements mentoring, academic support, and wrestling programs throughout the greater Philadelphia region as vehicles to 'Positively Alter Life's Trajectory.'
